M2TONE CAMPUS STORM
Restore Your Rhythm- A menstrual health movement for Undergraduate Females
Fidson Healthcare Plc announced the launch of the M2-Tone Campus Storm — a landmark campus activation initiative designed to advance menstrual health education, reduce stigma, and empower female undergraduates with the knowledge and support to take charge of their reproductive wellbeing.
The inaugural Campus Storm event will take place on Thursday, 15 May 2026 at Yusuf Grillo Hall, Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, under the theme “Restore Your Rhythm.” The event is designed as an immersive, interactive experience for female students — combining professional health consultations, expert-led panel discussions, peer-to-peer conversations, and high-energy entertainment — all within a safe, women-centred environment.
Abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) and other menstrual irregularities are common yet often overlooked health concerns among women of reproductive age. Evidence from African and Nigerian studies suggests that a substantial proportion of women experience AUB or heavy menstrual bleeding, while stigma, misinformation, and delayed care continue to shape how these conditions are managed. The M2-Tone Campus Storm was created to help change that narrave by expanding awareness, encouraging early support-seeking, and equipping young women with trusted menstrual health information.
Too many young women in Nigeria are living with painful, irregular, or abnormal periods and have normalised the suffering. Campus Storm is our way of meeting them where they are, on their campuses, in their spaces, and saying: you deserve to understand your body, and there is help available.” – Temitayo Ogunmuyiwa, Product Manager Nutraceuticals, Fidson Healthcare Plc
About the Campus Storm Initiative
Campus Storm is a multi-campus outreach programme under Fidson Healthcare’s M2-Tone brand — Nigeria’s leading non-hormonal menstrual modulator. The initiative is anchored on the belief that every young woman deserves accurate information about her menstrual health, access to qualified medical professionals, and a community where she can speak openly without judgement. The programme deploys a network of trained Brand Ambassadors — fellow students and campus influencers, who initiate organic conversations on menstrual health, distribute educational materials, and invite peers to participate in Campus Storm events. This peer-driven approach ensures that information is shared in a relatable, culturally sensitive manner that resonates with the target audience.
The event will feature Free Medical Consultations by qualified Doctors and Pharmacists, Expert Panel Sessions, Distribution of educational materials on hormonal balance, cycle awareness, and when to seek professional care, Interactive games, exciting giveaways, and a vibrant social atmosphere.
